I have been letting one of Ellis and Co's managed properties for over a year and have found them to be excellent. They respond incredibly quickly to maintenance issues, usually within 48 hours, and they've always been willing to provide us with clear, forthright advice. Normally people think Estate Agents are going to rip you off but Ellis&Co are so far beyond the norm. If I were an astrophysicist, I'd say they were out of this world. Every time we even speak to them on the phone, it's a pleasure. Nicos is fantastic and organises estate-agenty-things within the hour. And yes, Shaqs is a bit of a legend. I'd definitely buy a house from these guys, hell - I'd buy my groceries from them if I could - but we love renting because... with a ho ho hey and a hey hey ho, that's why we're with Ellis & Co...yehhhh.
