My friend and I decided to rent our first property and the team at Ellis and Co Bounds Green could not have been more helpful- especially Nicos, Shaq and Jason. From being really flexible with viewings and sorting out the start of the tenancy, the team were really attentive to what we needed and made the whole process run smoothly and easily. The property is managed and Nicos has been brilliant! Any issues we have had have been dealt with immediately (even when we have said it is nothing urgent and we are happy to wait). They have kept us updated on everything and have been really friendly and reliable. We couldn't recommend them more!
