A superb team.

Elm estates have been absolutely brilliant in helping me with my problematic property for well over a year now. For years I was managing the rental of my property myself (which I was reluctant to do) and eventually it was completely vandalized and left uninhabitable by a vindictive tenant. With the advice and help of Rutland and the team at Elms I was able to get the flat renovated and looking better than ever. Within weeks, Lak was able to find some great, professional tenants and now Elms manage the property entirely for me.
