Excellent service

I have been renting my Bethnal Green flat for a few years now while I am working in Reading and Elms looks after my interests well on a full management basis. I have no complaints whatsoever. Their local knowledge is first rate, a significant advantage. The staff are both friendly and efficient and I pretty much know them all.. It is quite a lot of work but they can deal with it promptly since they know all the local tradesmen, regulatory authorities etc. Billing is prompt and accurate monthly and annually via email The contact me by phone when something turns up, usually a tenant wanting something fixed or replaced, and so I rarely have to go to London. The tenants they have found me have been very good.and I even get a card at Christmas. A nice touch!

Both my brother and I have used Elms as a to sell, rent and manage flats for us over the last five plus years. They have always been exceptionally helpful to us and have offered us invaluable advice, They have a good team of sub-contractors who help if any of the properties have problems and sometimes Elms themselves fixed small matters for me without charge! This is more than I can expect! The staff there are great, really reactive and polite. Statements and payment arrive on time and a lined-out clearly with charges and if I am ever confused or have a specific questions Rutland and the team respond with urgency. I would highly recommend Elms.
