Professional service
Bought a flat through Elms estate agents and when we decided to rent our property we used them as our letting agent as well and are still using now. We were impressed with them first time round and they have not let us down. Great service.

Highly reccomended
I first brought my property 12 years ago from Elms and received such good service that when I decided to rent my property out they were my first choice. I approached 3 other businesses but as expected found the most impressive was Elms. The staff are all helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I have had no problems at all with them and they make the experience of being a landlord an easy one. Understanding of both the landlord and tennant they are a perfect company to use. Thankyou to Rutland and all the team.

Excellent Service
Small local firm, who are hands-on and deal with problems and issues quickly and pro-actively. They know their clients, treat them attentively, remember them as individuals, providing overall excellent customer service. As a landlord I have always felt that they have rented my flat out as they would if they owned it, finding good tenants and not landing me with the first tenant that walked through the door. Touch wood long may it continue.

Total peace of mine
I have rented out my flat in Whitechapel for some years now, and have dealt with Elms Estates all of that time. My property is fully managed as I live too far away to do it myself, plus i dont have the expertise. Elms Estates have consistantly brought me excellent tennants and I can wholly recommend them. They are honest, reliable and trustworthy. I have little or nothing to do with the property and it has never been empty for more than a few days.

A superb team.
Elm estates have been absolutely brilliant in helping me with my problematic property for well over a year now. For years I was managing the rental of my property myself (which I was reluctant to do) and eventually it was completely vandalized and left uninhabitable by a vindictive tenant. With the advice and help of Rutland and the team at Elms I was able to get the flat renovated and looking better than ever. Within weeks, Lak was able to find some great, professional tenants and now Elms manage the property entirely for me. I'm no longer stressed out, I receive more rental income than ever before and I've got complete confidence that the property is being looked after. Above all I trust the team at Elms and look forward to hopefully buying another property through them in the future. Highly recommended!

Outstanding
I have been dealing with Elms Estate Agents now for around 10 years off and on as a landlord and a seller and can only say that whatever problem has arisen with the properties they have managed for me it has been dealt with swiftly and professionally. They are very easy to deal with and competitive with their prices along with being efficent in the process. Of all the estate agents i have dealt with (and there has been many) I can definitely recommend them.
