I've rented out my property whilst living abroad for the past 10 years. I moved the management over to Rutland and the team at Elms 2 years ago and have never looked back. It's complete peace of mind knowing that they have both the tenants and Landlords best interests at heart. I would recommend them without hesitation, best in class by miles.
Chris was fantastic and so helpful. We viewed three properties with him and bought one of them and Chris ensured all went smoothly. He's very likeable and was nice to work with at what can be a stressful time. Elms also had some great properties which were what we were looking for which weren't listed anywhere else. Overall very happy.
I highly recommend Elms Estate. They are what all estate agencies should be. Thank you teal Elms for all your help, a special thank you to Jade! She went above and beyond!
I have given Elms Estates a rating of 5 stars because: - they only showed me properties that met my criteria, - they did not try to force my budget upwards - they were knowledgeable about the area, property market and it's vagaries - they returned your phone calls promptly - they were on hand to give impartial advice and guidance - they facilitated the purchase process by liaising between both parties - they went 'the extra mile' to ensure that our purchase went through as smoothly as possible .............all this despite some trying times with both solicitors and Chris Wilkinson was a star!!!
My full deposit was returned kn leaving my property, no hidden fees etc. Friendly and helpful staff in particular Jade who was lovely.
Jade was our first point of contact. We greatly appreciated her efficiency to respond to any house maintenance discrepancies. She was reliable, trust worthy and honest. Thank you for making our experience seamless.
Jade is very professional and helpful, both as an estate agent and property manager/letting agent. I would recommend her to anyone who was looking for a place to rent.
Jade Hall is the nicest Estate agent I have ever met. She is kind, organised and extremely helpful. My whole experience with Elms Estates has been great. I would wholeheartedly recommend them. Elms gives the name 'estate agents' a new meaning. One of efficiency and reliance. 5/5 review.
