Very helpful, great service

I’ve rented properties before with other agencies and Ivan has definitely been the most helpful agent so far. I work quite long and odd hours in the City and Ivan and Felictity J Lord have been very accommodating of this and have made sure any questions that I had were answered within 24 hours, even on the weekend. Renting with them has been a very straightforward process. Would recommend
