Unprofessional!!!
They are really unprofessional! They are so precise asking you money but it takes weeks when they have to do something: it took 4 weeks to replace the washing machine and only after lots of emails I've sent them. The same with other problems of the property. Moreover, they are expensive. Unprofessional!
