I rented a 2-bedroom apartment in Crouch End in July 2023 with Mark, and I was happy to have his help. He acted promptly, clearly and very professionally. For example, we scheduled a viewing for the day of our first call and did all things fast and clearly. English is not my first language and I was concerned about possible misunderstandings, but Mark and his colleagues made sure everything was clear and understandable. The entire process was very prompt. Mark kindly helped me carry out an additional viewing when I needed to clarify the dimensions of the furniture and take additional measurements.
