They seemed professional, dedicated and kept the conversation on my level. -Pricing: They were competitive in comparison to the 3 other estate agents based in Barnes. What was good about James Anderson during the sales process -Honesty and transparency: Plain speaking, no non-sense advice with regards to potential buyers, provided realistic timelines and accommodated my requirements when it came to communicating with the buyer. -Dedicated: A lot of time and effort went on behind the scenes to sell my property. Whilst the transaction itself is relatively painless, a lot of coordination is required between solicitors, the buyer and the seller. James Anderson played an important role in making this process as fast as possible. Where James Anderson could improve -Communication: The time taken to sell my property was probably longer than average for Barnes.. More proactive status updates would have been appreciated as I had to call and email the office, leaving messages as agents were often dealing with other customers.. Using mobile phones with email connectivity would allow more timely communication (less delay) for urgent queries.
