Outstanding Customer Service

Anthony Bell and Charlie Powell went beyond outstanding in arranging the Sale of my cottage and the purchase of an apartment in Deanhill Court, East Sheen. I will never forget the first impression I had of my first visit to the East Sheen branch to meet Anthony. In Anthony’s absence, Charlie kindly offered me a cup of tea whilst I waited and I cannot begin to tell you what a massive impression that small gesture had on me! It was a small gesture that had a massive impact on me. It was a wonderful warm and friendly welcoming sign. Having bought my cottage through their East Sheen branch in 2006, I instantly knew that I would sell the cottage through James Anderson and also buy a flat through them. I knew from my first meeting with Anthony that we would get on extremely well and that has proved to be the case throughout all our dealings. Anthony is a very shrewd and professional Sales Manager who has a massive wealth of experience and expertise, with absolutely superb Customer Service skills. Every time that I have visited their office; Anthony would without fail, find the time to break off from what he was doing to shake hands and have a chat on the progress of my Sale and purchase. Anthony’ has very strong Sales and Leadership skills in action with his formidable team, including Charlie, when I been in his office. I have the greatest admiration and respect for Anthony. When I first met with Anthony, I told him the kind of price I wanted for the cottage and gave him my specific requirements for the kind of apartments that I wanted, i.e. South or West facing aspect. Anthony found me exactly what I wanted because of his thorough knowledge of the local market. I had been so impressed with my first meeting with Charlie, that I asked Anthony if he would assign Charlie to sell my cottage and help with the purchase of the apartment, it was an inspired idea. Charlie has been absolutely outstanding too and came along with Anthony to initially value my cottage. He has been the consummate charming and professional Senior Sales Negotiator over the past six months. Charlie has kept me fully informed on a very regular basis on the sale of the cottage and purchase of the apartment. He kindly arranged a meeting with the purchasers of cottage and my Seller. I was extremely impressed how he very professionally and sensitively managed to break the chain in order that my sale and purchase could go ahead. It must be one of the most difficult parts of his job! I have always been very impressed knowing that Anthony and Charlie always read my emails even when they are not in the office and Charlie has frequently replied to me. There cannot be many Estate Agents that do that! I always knew that Anthony was in the background. James Anderson in East Sheen certainly has e a formidable and awesome team in Anthony and Charlie and their Customer Service skills are second to none.
