After months of untold calls, emails and countless amounts of paperwork, I have finally exchanged contracts and am counting down the days to collect the keys to my new home - all thanks to team at John Payne Greenwich. From the very first viewing, they (I mainly dealt with Susan Denny) has been extremely helpful, professional and so incredibly supportive, I honestly cannot thank her enough. Buying a home can be a very long process, often stressful, especially when there are so many moving parts that all need to work in sync with one another, so having someone on hand that is organised and communicative is absolutely crucial. For anyone looking to buy (especially now) I would say be prepared, get your paperwork ready, find a good solicitor, broker and if possible an estate agent that has experience and cares about/ understands their customer.
