They were extremely responsive and explained to us the process that we would need to follow upfront. This put us at ease as we knew exactly what to expect and when, especially since this was our first time renting in the UK. Once we moved in, the property management team took over seamlessly. Our property manager, Katherine Bailey, was extremely helpful and responsive, even during these covid times. During our move out, Katherine was very professional in ensuring we are kept well informed and in a timely manner, while understanding our situation and suggesting the best option to help us out.
