She was fully prepared for the valuation and came across extremely knowledgable on the area and the development itself - it gave me the confidence that the sale would be in safe hands. And it was absolutely the right decision! It wasn't a smooth sales process by any means (for other reasons) but Sue made the whole thing so much easier, from bringing viewers in the door straight away, to getting two offers within three weeks and then remaining on hand throughout the entire process to support both myself and the buyer as needed. I'm certain that without her professionalism, her willingness to always help and be on hand and driving the process forward, it wouldn't have had the outcome we were all hoping for.
