John Payne found our buyers but they were first timers and we were the first house. But they persistently followed up with them and kept reminding them how much they liked our property (which wasn't actually on the market as we had decided not to sell and rent). They came back with an offer, which we accepted. John Payne were instrumental in getting this sale and mostly for pushing it through as two mortgage companies undervalued the property (much news about that at the moment). We are so happy the first timers are in - it's a lovely home and we really liked them and wanted them to have our much loved home. Thank you Susan, Lucy and the team for making it all happen. x
