Hannah marketed the property and was fantastic throughout - she was responsive, alway available and did a great job in selling the selling the flat. She was also incredibly friendly and a joy to work with. What is fantastic about Location Location is that they have dedicated project managers to run the process once an offer has been accepted - and Lauretta was just incredible. It wasn't a straightforward sale (fire certificates needed, complicated lease structures) and it took a long time, but Lauretta was unfailingly supportive - a reassuringly calm presence in an emotive process.
