Their listings were consistently the best that I found online and so I naturally gravitated towards their site in my initial weeks of searching. It didn’t take long before we found our dream flat, and they were able to book us In quickly on launch day for the viewing. Courtney (The Estate Agent) was very understanding and booked me in for a couple more viewings in the area the following week to give comparisons. This really helped. Once the decision was made to proceed with the purchase, Courtney and Lauretta (the Sales Progressor) tag teamed the deal and were there every step of the way. Lauretta helped so much in the final stages, ensuring that everyone was on track and doing their bit in a timely manner (namely the solicitors).Throughout the process, I trusted her completely and was thankful for her guidance and expertise.
