Location Location acted on both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our next home. We found that Peter, Tim and Azhar (among others) were brilliant on our sale and outshone any experience we have had with other estate agents, providing prompt and meaningful feedback after every viewing, which is so important when you are trying to sell your home. They worked really closely with us on our new property search too and Peter was great, asking us careful questions to understand our wants and desires and suggesting appropriate properties for us to view, so important when you have limited time and specific requirements! The purchase hit a couple of road blocks along the way and was delayed a few times due to a problem right at the top of the chain and Lauretta worked tirelessly trying to track down information to keep us updated and pushing things along at every opportunity, which was really appreciated, she did a fantastic job. On the day we moved into our new home, we were presented with a really thoughtful and useful box of "goodies" and essentials which was a really lovely touch. We would recommend Location Location wholeheartedly and, though we do not anticipate another move for quite some time, we will definitely use Location Location for our next move!
