We recently found a new house to rent through Location Location. The service provided by Adam, Will and the rest of the team was excellent. Adam showed us round the house and was able to answer all of our questions (which, from experience, isn't always the case with London estate agents). He was never pushy or looking for a sale, but helped us throughout the process of putting our offer to the landlord and securing the house. Location Location use an online referencing system, Goodlord, which is relatively painless and easy to use. Really impressed with these guys - we've not been in the house long but they've followed up with us to find out about our move and have been very proactive in resolving small maintenance issues on move in. Would have no hesitation in recommending to others.
