We purchased through Location Location and were so impressed with them we wish we had also sold with them too. We had been looking for a couple of years for the perfect place and it was impressive how this agency (and in particular Anna) stayed in touch with us over that time, checking in, giving advice, showing us properties. In short, really building a relatinship that understood our needs and dreams. It ended with us getting exatly what we wanted. However, wrapping it up proved tricky, as it was a long chain with a nervous first time buyer and their very bad conveyancer (Advantage Property Lawyers BEWARE!!) ...and The Lockdown. But this is where the agency really shows its calibre. They have a wonderful Sale Progresser called Lauretta whos job is solely to keep things on track. She managed the whole chain, keeping problematic buyes and lawyers in check. Seriously, we would not have made it without her and are so very very grateful. When we finally moved, there was a problem with the boiler too and they manged that! We have since recommended them to other people to use. A buisness that goes way beyond, providing the human touch and is driven by understanding and the ability to be better than the rest.
