Myself and my boyfriend searched for approximately 3 years for a flat! Yes, we were quite fussy. During that time the Location and Location team were patient, responsive, professional, sympathetic and lovely to deal with. Our perseverance paid off and with help from Location Location we are now enjoying our new place. I think the whole Location Location team could feel our relief when we finally picked up the keys from them. It was a roller coaster of a process with COVID-19 delaying our sale for 9 months. However, Location Location stayed supportive throughout and kept the faith that we would get there in the end. It was fantastic to have them at the end of the phone / email during that tricky time, utterly reliable and helping us to maintain our enthusiasm and keep our heads.
