Anna was confident and professional which gave me confidence to give location location the task of selling my home when others had failed. During a difficult time in the market, Anna organised first and second viewings and was a skilled negotiator helping us achieve above asking price on our home. Following on from the agreement, Tim was a fantastic conduit between our buyers and ourselves ensuring everyone was clear in understanding timeframes, Q&As as well as easily resolving any issues that cropped up. However, I reserve my most highest praise for Lauretta. Lauretta is a force of nature and litterally held our hands throughout the whole process. To say she went over and above is an understatement. This being our first property sale, we were not prepared for how complexed a process it can be. Not only did Lauretta overcome every issue that came up, she helped to managing our conveyancy, speaking with solicitors on a daily bases. Moreover, she was even instrumental in helping to resolved issue with our onward purchase also ironing our issues to ensure everything crossed the line both ends. Her knowledge is phenomenal and her advice, instental. The thing that stood out apart from her clear experience and professionalism, was how genuinely she cares for her clients during what can be a very stressful process. I strongly recommend using Location Location and when you do, be sure to insist Lauretta is handling your sales progression. I wish I called them 18 months sooner.
