Great Service from Location Location on the sale of our property. Lauretta was amazing progressing the sale, very responsive and helpful and Drew was really great with the viewings and the initial sale. As an aside, Location Location also managed the property for us for a very long time before the sale and were great at that too !

As the overseas landlord of a flat in Stoke Newington, Megan at Location Location came to my rescue when my previous long-term letting agent decided to stop sending me rent or communicating with me. Megan helped me regain control of the property, reassure the tenants, make sure everything was safe and compliant in the flat due to the previous agent's neglect and help me navigate the legal issues of recovering the tenants' deposits and missing rent from the previous agent. None of these issues are easy to deal with, but Megan got things done quickly and effectively with excellent, ongoing communication. Although I'm currently out of pocket due to the missing rent, it's a relief that the property is now being properly managed by LL.

The team at Location Location went above and beyond to make sure that the sale of our house and purchase of our next home went as smoothly as possible. They were all really pleasant to deal with during the whole process, which did have its' ups and downs. They were incredible when the first buyers pulled out just as we were about to exchange and found new buyers within days. I felt in very safe hands, and can't thank them enough. I really recommend.

We can’t be grateful enough for how helpful Anna and her team at Location Location have been. Our flat stayed on the market for only 6 days, before we got an offer at the price we expected! Afterwards, Lauretta was extremely diligent and responsive, expertly navigating all the challenges of a very tricky chain. Still amazed it all happened so easily and quickly.
