We had an excellent experience selling our Highbury flat through Pantelis (with help from Anna) at Location Location. We did not want to list our flat and they were able to secure multiple asking-price offers with just three off-market viewings all held within an hour. I completely trust their understanding of the local market and they are skilled at resolving conflicts between buyers and sellers. They are also just very nice people and good for a laugh. Fantastic service. Peter helped us buy our house back in 2015 and Lauretta and Peter helped us sell this year. He was open and honest throughout the process so was first port of call when we came to selling the house again. I've experienced the service as both a buyer and a seller and found it to be exceptional. In particular: exceptional local knowledge (when buying and planning extensions, Peter gave his view as to what changes would maintain its value); excellent advice on how best to market the property. The closing process is always complex and Lauretta did an amazing job helping on this with regular and transparent communication throughout the process, we hit plenty of hiccups with land search delays, mortgage product withdrawals which Lauretta helped navigate. Couldn't ask for more from my experience as both a buyer and seller with Location, location.

Location Location are estate agents that have your back. They're caring, down to Earth and genuinely want the best outcome for their customers. As a first time buyer, what could have been a very stressful decision and process was made much lighter, manageable and exciting (as it should be) thanks to the support and reassurance I recieved during the buying process. Huge massive shout out to Pantalis for showing me my new home and for the support throughout the journey, and also to Lauretta who helped liaise with solicitors to ensure a sound and speedy completion. They, and the team, have shown me compassion along this journey...which I think is a rare quality in estate agents these days.. so shouldn't be taken for granted! I love, love LOVE my new home and I'm so grateful to location location.

Location location were great from start (June 2021) to finish (April 2023!)- despite a very long delay relating to cladding issues for buyers. Lauretta and Drew were wonderful - and lauretta especially helping liaising with solicitors to get the sale across the line whilst i was swamped with work and wedding preparations. I would 100% recommend location location - they are a bit more expensive than others but in my view totally worth it.

Just completed my first purchase of a property and Pantelis and Lauretta could not have been more helpful! Always quick to answer every question through call, text, email, or even in person. Incredible at working as a liaison between solicitors and chasing them when they were working slower than expected. Could not recommend them more as a first time buyer needing extra assistance.

It is a rare thing to post, but Location Location genuinely are a step change in how estate agencies can and should operate. From the very start of my search, in a very difficult period in the market, the team were efficient, helpful and seemed to genuinely want the best possible outcome for me. The process is much improved over any other estate agents I worked with. The quality of their properties is also significantly higher and you can see why. I have ended up in a lovely place, one that hits all the points I asked for. Special mention to both Maya and Kristina, who were so helpful to me in the first place. And lastly, massive appreciation for the bereavement card they sent me when I had two family losses in a short space of time. I can not recommend Location Location highly enough.

I had a great experience with Location Location during my recent move to Stoke Newington, where I bought my first flat. They were very good at pushing the sale process along and keeping me updated. I would like to mention Emily in particular, who found me my flat and was fantastic throughout (and very responsive and patience with the many queries I had)! Highly recommended.
