A great deal of care is taken over the valuation - always realistic - and marketing of the property. Location Location have been our rental agency for the last 18 months and we’ve enjoyed a very professional service throughout this time. I particularly found that Will and William, the head of property management and maintenance contractor were always available and approachable when something needed replacing/fixing. They acted very quickly to sort things out. Although not part of the service, I also enjoyed the seasonal shop front as well. Cheesy but a good laugh.
