I recently found a new home through Location Location and it was an absolutely seamless experience. We dealt with Donna Levy and Will Thacker, they both made our move an absolute pleasure.They were extremely friendly, informative and professional and really cared about helping and supporting us as tenants. They were there for us throughout every step of the process and really put in that extra effort to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Extremely rare for London. I would highly recommend using this agency over other large ones. I have never ever had a more pleasant experience with moving! I have always found moving and dealing with agents to be a pain and have had some very bad experiences so dealing Location Location was a complete breath of fresh air!

Location Location was very efficient throughout the registration and referencing stage when I was moving into my current property. My contact at Location Location was Will who was always very communicative throughout the process. While Will was away during this process, his colleague Donna was great at catching up to speed on my account and stepping in for him. Since I’ve been living in the property, Will has been very quick and responsive with our requests for repairs and maintenance on the house. He is very understanding when urgent matters pertaining to the house come up which have to be seen to. Keep up the great work!

Lauretta was particularly great at helping me through the finish line as was Tim who has gone above and beyond to help me with my next steps flat hunting. LL came highly recommended and we have been delighted with their quality service and professionalism. Adam gave us a very realistic appraisal of what level of rent we could expect, rather than being overly optimistic and telling us what we wanted to hear. His considered appraisal was correct and we achieved the full asking price. The quality of the photography commissioned was very impressive and showed of the property in it's best light. Will, on the management side, has been very helpful and accommodating at all times. The whole process of letting and management has been effortless and enjoyable and I would highly recommend.

Jamie helped us in our search for our first home around Stoke Newington and took the time to understand what our property needs were and often showed us new properties before they were fully advertised giving us the best shot at putting in bids. We loved how relaxed the viewings were with him and that Location Location were on top of communications and replying to questions quickly without being overbearing. We viewed a lot of properties through different agents and definitely thought Location Location were the best by a mile and when we look to upgrade in a few years will definitely pick them.
