We have just used Location Location to sell our house. They have been wonderful to deal with. They took everything on board that we suggested and with their expertise marketed our house accordingly. They are efficient, friendly and just a delight to work with. They even found the house we are moving into, had it not been for Vicky alerting me to our new property, I think I would have missed it! We have had a wonderful experience with Location Location, who actually came highly recommended by a friend of mine, who too was selling. The whole team are brilliant, from top to bottom, inside, out and I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their home - first class experience and you won't be disappointed.

Location Location come highly recommended by us. I think they really benefit by being a single office agency, focused only on the N16 area, They support the local community and all members of the team we dealt with were knowledgeable, reliable and professional. They were excellent with the sale of our flat, got us an asking price offer within two weeks of going on the market, and saw the deal through to completion without any issues. They helpfully provided plenty of advice before and after, including with our onward purchase. They are genuine and break the stereotype estate agency carries. Certainly we will use them again, if we are ever thinking of moving in this area.

Location Locations service has been excellent! From our first meeting with Adam the process has been made really simple. Adam was very knowledgeable and made us feel in safe hands when came to renting our first property. We opted for the flat to be fully managed so have been introduced to Will who has also been equally amazing! We have recently purchased through Location Location and have been very pleased with the service. Our initial viewing was really easy going and we weren't patronised with the usual jargon like a lot of estate agents. Since we had our offer accepted and up to completion, we've had clear and prompt communication and all our questions answered. We spoke with a few people along the way but mainly Lauretta who was a pleasure to deal with and helped push it along. Recommended and would use again.
