Peter and Lauretta - the main points of contact - were consistently helpful, friendly and trustworthy, and supportive through what turned out to be a complex and lengthy completion (due to unforeseen circumstances at the bottom of the chain). Naturally we had issues arise and Will Thacker dealt with it all very professionally and timely, even responded out of hours to alleviate concerns and handle any situations. Refreshing to have such a good service when renting in London - highly recommend!

My requirements for a flat were thoroughly assessed and I was shown a flat that completely met my needs. Everyone I dealt with at Location Location was friendly, helpful and efficient. Even after exchanging contracts it was made very easy for me to visit the flat and prepare for my move. On moving day I received not only the keys but an extremely useful and well thought out box of practical items to make moving in a real joy. And even after I moved they continued to help me with information to make me fell really at home and enjoy living here in Stamford Hill. We would recommend Location Location wholeheartedly and, though we do not anticipate another move for quite some time, we will definitely use Location Location for our next move!
