My first contact with London Shared was yesterday. I got through to Gareth and was immediately so impressed by the kindness and professionalism. I wanted some information about where to start to help a family member a good place to live in London. Gareth was brilliant, he listened to my needs (and my waffling) and guided me to the right person in lettings to help me. Moreover he inspired confidence in London Sharing and following his excellent level of service, we followed through, my family member had a viewing first thing today, found a home, and the whole service so far has been amazingly good.
