Would never use London Shared again, terrible from start to end. Still not received the deposit back, 6 weeks from leaving and made to live without shower facilities for 28 days. They also let people into your room without 24 hours notice. The standard of clean is terrible at check in and check out. They also charge you for repair works which are the landlords responsibility and have breached several areas of their tenancy agreement and housing laws.

Hi Esme Thank you for your review. Customer service is of the utmost importance to us. Therefore any complaints are thoroughly investigated and appropriately actioned. All tenant deposits are held by the DPS and any disputes are decided by the DPS. The DPS have their time scales which we are unable to change or alter to have deposits released earlier. You are correct to mention that one of the showers was out of order, however during the time the shower was not working and alternative showering facilities were provided by London Shared. I have checked the history of the jobs raised, and I can confirm that engineers were sent out the same day when the issue was reported and repairs arranged. Unfortunately, from time to time, there can be delays due to parts required or approval from the relevant parties that are responsible for the costs, but I can confirm there were no delays and the works were carried out accordingly. We would not apply charges to any tenants unless there has been tenant negligence towards the property. We can assure you we have never entered your bedroom without prior notification. We have reviewed the inspection of your bedroom and can confirm that at all points, access notification was provided to you 24 hours or more before the date of inspection. We are sorry to hear that you feel as though your London Shared experience was not what we work so hard to deliver to all our tenants. We are always looking to improve our company and, whilst we do not necessarily agree with them, we have taken all the points you raised onboard for further company growth and development.
