Looking for houses in London can be a very time consuming and frustrating experience for anyone who wants to live in the Capital. After much searching, house viewings (that included houses in disrepair, houses infested with pests, houses with live-in landlords, etc) I stumbled upon London Shared. Those guys were a breath of fresh air: professional, yet friendly staff who supported me to find the right flatshare. The high standard they had before I signed the tenancy, was kept throughout the tenancy (that lasted over two years) and when the tenancy ended. Every time I approached London Shared, they answered quickly, professionally and did everything they could to support me. The standard of the house was very high, from the furniture that was very well kept, to the bathroom as and kitchen recently refurbished and always clean. The rent included everything, this meant that I din't have to worry about council tax, TV license, bills or even cleaning the communal area as there was a cleaner who came every week. Flatmates were all very nice and friendly professionals. All the admin tasks, like rent deposit were seamless. I'm ver Overall if you are looking for a nice and worry-free flatshare in a decent neighbourhood in London, London Shared are probably the best people to help you with that. I would definitely recommend them, five star + service

For instance, all of our properties have flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi, and we send a cleaner every week. For professionals wanting to make their mark in London, it takes away a lot of hassle to not have to sit around the kitchen table figuring out who owes what for the heating.
