Not to recommend. Staff just entering rooms without prior approval. Overall, poor and slow maintenance service and flats are presented with old pictures where the flat were in better conditions, therefore misleading. All in all not to recommend.

Thank you for your review Max. We can assure you we have never and will continue not to enter your bedroom without prior notification. We have reviewed inspection of your bedroom and can confirm that at all points, access notification was given to you 24 hours or more before the date of inspection. As for maintenance, I am sorry that you feel that we were slow. Please can you send us further details so we can investigate? We have checked all reports and can see that maintenance was addressed and resolved within an acceptable timeframe. We naturally disagree regarding the standard of your room vs the photos - and we can only assume you thought the same when you took the room as you viewed it in person prior to signing up for your tenancy. For instance, all of our properties have flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi, and we send a cleaner every week. For professionals wanting to make their mark in London, it takes away a lot of hassle to not have to sit around the kitchen table figuring out who owes what for the heating.
