I recently moved to London in the midst of a pandemic and London Shared has made the process seamless. Jack was the sales agent that I dealt with, he was great. The property is well located and in good condition. My room is exactly as per described and shown in the video tour. Lize is my property manager and she has dealt with all issues in a promptly and professional manner. Most recently the boiler stopped working (in the middle of winter!), I reported the incident and it was addressed within a matter of ours – thanks Adam for fixing it!
I had a great experience viewing rooms in London with London Shared. From the minute I first corresponded with Sam Mattock on email, all the way through to the house viewings and signing of the room, the service was professional and of the highest quality. He took all the difficulty out of the room hunt and helped me secure a room on the same day that we did our viewing. I also liked the text correspondence and on the go assistance that I received throughout the contract process. 5 stars!
Probably one of the best estate agents out there for young people in house shares. Sorted everything quickly at the start, Sam was very responsive to any maintenance issues and refunded my deposit quickly at the end. The way they prorate rent means you could get stung for another £20 or so at the end, even though this isn't written in the contract, but it's made up for by the rest of the service. Would highly recommend!
I moved to London in January and began renting with London Shared in February. I couldn't recommend them enough! The house is gorgeous, very well maintained and tastefully furnished. Lize has been our house manager since I moved in. She has been extremely attentive to our requests. There are 6 of us in the house - she must have the patience of a saint! She is always very prompt at responding to our requests and great at updating us on the progress of any maintenance that is underway. Thanks Lize!
Been with London Shared for a number of years. Just wanted to give a shout out to Kiri (maintenance worker). He has been fantastic on all the works required lately in our house. He is very hardworking, work is always of a high quality and he is very tidy after completion. Also, just seems a genuinely nice guy who is always really friendly. Good job in hiring him LS
Positive experience renting with London Shared! Our property manager, Sam, has been fantastic and responds to any queries so promptly. Great property and met some wonderful like-minded flatmates. All of the bills are included in the rent and friendly regular cleaners make my life so much easier. The service I have received from London Shared is exceptional, would recommend to anyone 😊
London Shared have been really great communicators. Although, admittedly, my time with them was short due to personal commitments, I really appreciate the help I received from Lize & Chris. Lize, especially, has been great at handling any requests quickly and compassionately and I have felt supported, informed and protected as a tenant while living with them. The property I stayed in is fab and well maintained, but overall it's the service I received in both check-in and out that sets this company apart from the rest.
