I must say that I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to do so after receiving exceptional service from London Shared and in particular Zahraa Gradidge . Due to an acute illness and lengthy hospital admission I had to break the tenancy agreement very early. Zahraa was so understanding and also super efficient keeping in contact throughout , explaining what would happen that gave me peace of mind at a difficult time - thank you !

I can only recommend LondonShared, overall great experience. Their service and response time is excellent and they help you right away. You pay one amount so no hassle over utility bills. If you want a worry free shared house experience, go for them.

HI, Just want to share the great experience so far I had with Lize. Moved to a new flat 2 weeks ago and due to the mattress wasnt comfortable enough, she quickly sort one for me to ensure I could get my sleep back. I had a great experience with London Shared . Thanks to Patrick Willis I found my room very quickly. He was great at listening what I am looking for and I couldn't have wished for more, got all the help I needed and all my questions were answered promtly and with patience .

London shared are very quick and efficient doing maintenance to any of our asks. The handyman Kiri repairs and fixes all types of problems in the house whether it's repairing the washing machine to replacing light bulbs. And the property manager Zahraa constantly organises everything around the house communicating with us in a friendly way.

Charlie at London Shared is absolutely fantastic and really went above and beyond to ensure that I picked up my keys and was able to move into my property on time. Thank you Charlie! I am really happy with the house and my housemates are lovely and friendly.

The whole experience with London Shared has been amazing! Patrick was super accommodating with virtual viewings and helped me find 41 Woodlawn Road. Whilst my property manager Zahraa has been especially attentive. In my opinion she has gone above and beyond to make my move and stay so far the best possible!!
