Lize has been fantastic in assisting with all the household issues very efficiently. Couldn't have asked for a better landlord to have.
Always really quick and timely replies from Lize, great communication and majority of the time issues are sorted really quickly, e.g I complained about a creaky old bed frame and it was replaced within 24hrs!
