I'm a landlord who has a property with LS. I've had a reasonable relationship with them sometimes the communication gets difficult as I don't have a direct contact with the tenants and everything is done through LS. The latest property manager, Jan, has been excellent however, really working hard to maintain the balance between tenants, myself as the landlord and any contractors that have been instructed to work on the property. Overall I would recommend the experience.

I stayed in a London Shared house in Wandsworth for two years. Dane was a 10/10 property manager - super polite and very diligent. I was lucky with the housemates in general but you aren’t consulted on who comes in, which is risky. Further, we had a couple of occasions where our neighbour’s side was taken over the tenants - which is odd since we pay the bills. Overall, it was a positive experience and I’d recommend it to any new Londoner.

REVIEW FOR 96 PARK HILL - CLAPHAM *UPDATE After experiencing various issues during the middle of my tenancy with London Shared, and expressing our frustrations, our new letting agent Donne has worked very hard to make amends. She has been incredibly responsive and she has a warm and calming presence which was very well received during the height the chaos! While there still remains some things to be fixed/completed for the house, we are all grateful for the open lines of communication and responsiveness from Donne regarding all matters. Although I will be leaving in a few months, I have enjoyed living at Park Hill for the most part and I have made some life-long friends here.

Dear Tiffany, Thank you for your below feedback. We have audited all issues which you raised and, found paper trails to support that that all maintenance issues were actioned within 24-48 hours from them initially being reported. All our contractors are thoroughly vetted to ensure that they are credible and, carry out works to a high degree. As we advised, unfortunately sometimes when a contractor attends to investigate a reported repair, they cannot always carry out repairs that day, as additional parts for repairs may be needed to be ordered. With regards to the bathroom shower and sink. The bathroom has a saniflo system which means if any waste such as wipes and other items which should not be flushed are put down the toilet it will cause a blockage which will impact the shower and the sink in the bathroom as it is all linked. Following up on the visit from the contractor, it was found wipes as per the contractor’s report. However, it was rectified and the bathroom is fully functional and there are no further problems. Regarding the Internet – once we received the concern regarding this matter, we changed the internet repeater at the property which has now improved the connection at the Property and it was left in working condition. There are some points that you mentioned which we were not made aware of prior to your review. The electricity and the hole in the ceiling, however these are being looked into, an update has been provided and will be resolved in due course. Again, we are sorry to hear that you feel as though your London Shared experience was not what we work so hard to deliver to all our tenants. We are always looking to improve our company and, whilst we do not necessarily agree with them, we have taken all the points you raised onboard for further company growth and development.
