Good property, well organised company, good property management who sort out any issues you have very quickly. Wifi not great in top room.
Over the past three years I have had a mixed experience with London Shared especially with regard to the attentiveness of property management and the basic standard of maintenance at the rental property which I do not think was reflected in the monthly rental cost. However, in the final few months of my tenancy, Lize has been most diligent in resolving a number of outstanding issues quickly and efficiently, and is a credit to the business.
Very efficient at communicating issues and resolving problems. Saba particularly has been a good point of contact at London Shared.
I have been with London Shared for a year so far, the house mates selected have been ideal and our latest property manager Lize Van den Heever has always being to be more than a helping hand to us. :)
Olivia gets 5 STARS!!she was amazing! Super helpful and friendly! She was a big factor in me choosing the house just because i loved her vibe! She is the perfect mix of professional and friendly on a personal level. The house itself gets 4 stars. It's STUNNING! But... there have been a fair few problems such as lights tripping, the oven etc. I would say the management team are fairly swift with dealing with MOST problems even if they are not the friendliest in their correspondence. I would say check EVERY detail before signing as i have come across things i didn't expect AFTER i signed my contract such as not being able to lock my door! or have my windows open with no real solutions been given as of yet. It is always fairly expensive to rent and for the price i expect top facilities such as a washer dryer which was not provided. So check these things before... All in all a big Thanks to Olivia!! Shes by far the best and i implore London Shared to make the rest of their staff just as friendly as she is because it would make a big difference to the overall Shared experience.
Saba was so helpful when I reported a leak in my room. Roofers had been sent within days to fix the leak!
Richard P was welcoming, straight forward with his knowledge and opinion, didn't push for the hard sell like other realestate agents. Was quick to respond and help in anyway.
My shower had issues since the beginning of my tenancy in July 2017 (it was either very cold / very hot) and the pressure wasn't good. I was disappointed, as I really was excited for the ensuite. However, Samuel who just started addressed the issue immediately when I contacted him, arranged for a plumber and I got a completely new shower that has been built whilst I was at work just within 3 days of contacting him. My new shower has really good pressure and temperature, now thanks to Samuel!
