We found Charlotte Howard-Moran and Blair so helpful, Tonte has been a star troubleshooting after we moved in. It is an extremely stressful process and the team at the Bermondsey office made it utterly bearable. Charlotte is charming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble she's a real asset and I think she will be a huge success. We wish her well.
