Such a great guy!

From the start of our property search Lloyd was helpful and patient with us. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our choice of home and showed myself the flat first and didn't mind taking time on another day to show my girlfriend too. He explained every single step of the process to us and. after all of our checks went through congratulated us. He was also aware that i planned on proposing to my girlfriend and gave encouraging and supportive words. The day we moved in we were given a card by Dan from Lloyd which expressed his congratulations, we understand he didn't have to do this but he took the time to which was greatly appreciated.
