Proactive service and advice for a potential sale

Madley have been managing the rental of my property in Canary Central for many years, and I have had virtually no void time, and little bother from the on-going rentals and search for new tenants - so a very good management company. Some time ago I mentioned the possibility of selling the property but said I was not in a hurry. Lloyd from Madely took note and has had the property on slow burn since. Having seen one potential purchaser not succeed in buying two properties being sold in the same block Lloyd contacted me and we agreed to offer the property. He secured an offer and also was able to get an improved offer that I believe was good for the current market. I had several helpful conversations with Lloyd whilst I was seriously considering the offer.
