After having a very stressful time looking for an apartment to rent in London, and lots of rejections with other companies, we were so happy to come across the nicest and hard working estate agent we've ever met, Lloyd. He did everything for us to find an apartment and move us in within a week of seeing the property, even getting up at 4.30am on his day off and working on a Saturday night to help us. He was so understanding of our stress and genuinely wanted to help us. Both Lloyd and Madley were great with dealing with our application and references, and us needing a guarantor was no problem to them. Their requirements and fees were really good for such an amazing service.
