I would not even rate them one star. Absolutely the worst letting agency, they are extreamly rude and racist towards others. I have never seen a company like this before in my life. They ignore your issues and concerns and they couldn't careless about trying to help you solve problems for your property but yet they expect rent on time. I would advise everyone to stay away from this fraud company, they will leave you in a room with leaks and mould growing in your bathroom without getting it fixed. Absolutely the worst company.

We have a hard working and diverse team who would never ignore issues or act in the ways you have suggested. Our role within the management of the building in which you were renting a room was very limited and has now ended.
