Natalie was absolutely incredible throughout our moving process. It was quite stressful having to move from our old apartment at short notice, but Natalie's professional manner and efficiency was unrivalled. She made sure to keep us posted on progress via email and courtesy calls as appropriate, and took care in inspecting the apartment properly before our move-in date to ensure that everything was done properly (including a second clean).
