I was interested in rental flat that Natalie managed, and had great experience with the service from her from the showing through signing the letting agreement. Coming from overseas, I was rather unfamiliar with the necessary formalities and some legal aspects, but Natalie was always there to clearly explain everything I was concerned about and to keep things in general on track. You never have a feeling of going through a generic checklist, she listens to your concerns and focuses on dealing with them. Very much recommended!

Lloyd was brilliant throughout the process of selling our property. His communication was great and he was super proactive during the final stages as we pushed through to exchange of contracts, which was hugely appreciated.

Earlier this year I sold a property as a POA on behalf of a third party. I had been using the same agents for approx. 18 years and found them wanting when I required some positive action. It was suggested by the concierge that I tried Madley. Later I met with Lloyd Withey, a senior staff member, and the whole experience became easy and the majority of the work was taken from my shoulders. I have responsibility for some further properties in the east end of London and will use Madley via Lloyd for both lettings and sales in the future.
