I have been renting out my London flat through Martin & Co for many years now. There are an extremely professional and competent company. They mediate very well between the tenants and myself, ensuring issues are dealt with quickly and fairly. They are swift to employ handymen to repair minor faults and can contract specialists for larger jobs. Overall I feel that my flat is in good hands. Tania is always very responsive and ensures that her team of junior property managers operate at the same high standard. Emine for example has shown to be a real asset. Victoria has gone so far as waiting on a Saturday to help install a new washing machine (and coping with a small flood when things didn't go quite to plan).

Meticulous and outstanding. I have lived in different countries and continents, having a lot to do with letting agencies. And I have lived three different apartments in the UK. Martin & Co Chelsea has been outstanding so far. Since the first contact with Carlos C., the agent who assisted me at the beginning to find the flat, I felt professionalism and support. I had to contact the property management few times and the support that has been given is just the one you hope to receive: professional and efficient. Martin and Co have made managing our property super easy. Our property manager is Emine and she is just so lovely! She has always been quick to respond and help with any questions or issues we have had, and has made everything really easy for us.
