Can’t recommend Martin & Co highly enough, on both the lettings and sales side. The lettings team found great tenants for us, looked after them brilliantly and dealt with any flat issues quickly and efficiently. They always kept us updated and worked with us to manage costs. Particular thanks to Rodica who managed the flat for several years and went above and beyond, and to Isabel and Victoria who have been great and proactive over the last year. The team not only looked after us but stepped in to sort issues out for the building benefiting other flats. We had a similarly positive experience with the sales team. Karen and Simon and other team members were always available and did everything possible to smooth the process out for us and help with issues which arose. Karen would respond to messages and take calls whenever needed including weekends and evenings. Thank you!

Emine Dzhihan is our wonderful property agent at Martin & Co Chelsea. Martin & Co is the only property agency we have used and I really can’t fault them. Unbelievable attention to detail, supportive, hard working and efficient. I never have to worry about our flat or tenants. Emine goes above and beyond to keep everyone happy and is excellent at keeping me up to date. Recently we had a leak and ceiling fell in, a mere 3 weeks later and you would never know it had happened - and that’s with delays due to availability of work men and materials. It is such a relief to know the flat is safe in Emine’s hands - she’s a legend.
