I have been associated with Martin & Co for over ten years. Mr Van de Vyver, at the helm, maintains a high standard of professionalism in all aspects - sets the bar high in the property market.

Martin & Co manage the flat Ive lived in for three years and they’ve been great. Very responsive to issues I’ve raised including some pre-move in work and new appliances.

Simon (sales team of Martin & Co) kept himself informed of the progress of the transaction at all times and helped things move along, when required, by contacting the council to help resolve any issues. Simon contacted us to let us know the progress regularly. All of these contributed to helping the deal go through smoothly. The rest of the team at Martin & Co (Michael, Stuart, Edith, Delphine, ...) efficiently handled all aspects of finding a new tenant and helping get the flat ready for them. There were a few jobs which needed sorting and these were arranged and done in good time. It was a pleasure working with them.

Delphine showed me the very best solutions to fulfill my needs, and once we found the right apartment, Edith supported me for any management issues.
