Highly recommend you ask for Laura Brown if you are looking for a flat in the Chelsea area, she can find a place and make sure you're in within one week. Next time i need an agent in Chelsea, i will ask for Laura. I rented out one of their managed properties for a year the service was great and never had any issues which they didn't easily fix. Definitely highly recommend.

My current estate agents. WOW talk about going the extra mile! So I finish work head to get some groceries get to my front door and I have left my key at work and have no way of getting it. I call Shazin one of the agents and tell her my predicament. Shazin who has gone shopping drops everything and is willing to meet up to get me key and take me home by the timde we met up got the keys the poor girl had sacrificed her entire evening and still had a smile on her face. Simon Stilwell and all the team at the Lots Road branch went above and beyond the call of duty. Utterly professional, honest, transparent in all dealings, Simon and Andy were tenacious when it came to selling my house! It wasn't the best time to sell but they didn't give up.They were particularly helpful giving useful feedback emails after viewings. Simon and Andy were also very helpful when it came to certain decisions concerning my next purchase. Great role models for how all estate agents should be!
