I have been a tenant with Martin and Co for over six now, and I am extremely disappointed with their maintenance services. For the past six months, I have been reporting several critical maintenance issues in my rental property, and despite numerous follow-ups, nothing has been resolved. Every time I contact them, I receive the same excuse: "We are waiting for landlord consent." This has become incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. The issues in my property are not minor; they affect my daily living conditions and pose potential safety hazards. Yet, Martin and Co seem to have no sense of urgency or responsibility to address them. The lack of communication and transparency is astonishing. As a tenant, I feel completely neglected and unheard. Their inability to manage basic maintenance requests shows a clear lack of professionalism and respect for their tenants. I strongly advise anyone considering renting through Martin and Co to reconsider. Their poor handling of maintenance issues and reliance on vague excuses have made my living situation extremely stressful and unpleasant. Save yourself the hassle and look for a more reliable and tenant-focused property management company.
