“Oops forgot” was the response we got from the agent missing the viewing arrangement. We had a confirmation email and everything yet when we phoned after waiting nearly and hour for a house viewing I got the response. “Oops I forgot”. Turns out the place had been taken off the agents yet we were not informed. I had traveled from Chelmsford to Battersea for the viewing THATS a £30 train ticket! Just to wait to hear “oops”. It me so long to get the correct number of the agent we were meeting as in her email as she had put the admin number as her number making it so hard to contact her. The admin lady was rude as we and was very unhelpful in getting information as to wear the agent was. So rude do not recommend at all.
